Segmentation is quite often overlooked. This Unit went in depth into some of the considerations and research that should be done when considering markets. It was well presented and documented.

There was one question which gave me an inaccurate response and then proceeded to rephrase the question as an answer. A double negative was used in the wording. I think it was an error. I submitted the question and response for analysis.

I am still having problems opening the videos for additional study and none of my for further study files was i able to open. Not sure if its because i am behind. Can someone advise me.
